Magnets: M1

This Puzzle I created for Indian Puzzle Championship 2011 Qualifying round. As it was told to create easy puzzles for this round, this puzzle is an easy one. Many experienced people will be able to solve it within minute. In case you are new to this puzzle type, then it is worth to start with this one.

"Magnets" Puzzle Instructions
The grid is made up of magnetic and non-magnetic plates. Each magnetic plate has 2 halves: one positive (+) and one negative (-). Halves with the same polarity cannot touch each other vertically or horizontally. The digits outside the grid indicate the number of magnetic halves with a particular polarity in each row/column.
