Even (Odd) Sudoku Variation puzzles
If one wants to teach kids Sudoku variations then Even-Odd Sudoku is the best puzzle type to start with. It is because in Even Odd Sudoku puzzle is divided into two parts. One of the parts will contain Even numbers and another part will contain Odd numbers. These two parts can be solved independently. So it is like dividing the Classic Sudoku puzzles into two Mini puzzles and so making it very easy. In the Even-Odd Sudoku, all the Even numbers are marked with grey cells. Even Odd Sudoku is also known with another name called Odd-Even Sudoku. In Odd-Even Sudoku all odd numbers are marked with grey. Solving wise there is not much difference between Even-Odd Sudoku and Odd-Even Sudoku. However, there are other variations of this Sudoku type e.g. Even Sudoku, Odd Sudoku etc. In these puzzles not all the Even or Odd numbers will be marked i.e. only a few cells will be marked and remaining cells which are not marked can contain either Even or Odd numbers.
There are many Even-Odd Sudoku puzzles which I have created and I will be using this page to give reference links to these puzzles.
