Symmetric Unequal Sudoku (Fun With Sudoku #80)

Some people are so good at solving Sudoku that many times they will be able to solve the Sudoku variation with only Classic Sudoku rules. Prasanna is one such Sudoku player. He is such a good player that for many of my Sudoku variations that I send him for testing, he is able to solve these without using variation rules. This Symmetric Unequal Sudoku is such a puzzle that I tried to create a variation. However, he is able to solve it only using Classic Rules. I am publishing this Sudoku as a variant. However, I am sure that many of good Sudoku players will be able to solve this puzzle as pure Classic Sudoku puzzles.
I am posting this Symmetric Unequal Sudoku as the 80th Sudoku in the Fun With Sudoku Series. Can you solve this Sudoku puzzle?

Rules of Symmetric Unequal Sudoku

Classic Sudoku Rules apply. Additionally, there are 40 pairs of cells symmetric according to a 180° rotation. Two digits in such two cells should be different.
To understand rules more clearly consider two Main Diagonal as mirrors. Digits in a particular cell and its mirror image should be different.
