Classic Sudoku (Mini Sudoku Series #25)

Recently we selected Indian Junior Team for the 1st World Junior Sudoku Championship to be held in China later this year. During this selection process, I asked participants how they practice Sudoku. Most of them said that in the newspaper. Some said they do daily Sudoku in the Times of India (TOI) newspaper and some said they do Sudoku in "The Hindu" newspaper. Personally, I don't like the Times of India newspaper Sudoku.  Many times Sudoku in TOI contains multiple solutions and puzzles are not of great quality. However, I like The Hindu newspaper's Sudoku of the day. Here the Sudoku is rated from difficulty levels from 1 to 5 and the quality of the puzzles. Anyway, in the end, it is an individual choice but I strongly advise avoiding the Times of India newspaper Sudoku because of its poor quality.
Anyway coming back to today's puzzle I was trying to create a Mini Classic Sudoku which contains less than 10 given hints with symmetrical hints. Many attempts to create Mini Classic Sudoku with this condition is failed. Today's puzzle is one of the failed attempts. In the end, it exceeded the number of hints by 2 to make the total given hints to 12. However, this Sudoku could be very good practice for beginners.
This Classic Sudoku I am posting as the 25th Sudoku in Mini Sudoku Series.
