XV Sudoku (Fun With Sudoku #198)

Even though there is new Sudoku type like Tens Sudoku and Fives Sudoku, which relates to adding a number to a sum or 10 or 5, XV Sudoku remains my favorite Sudoku. Whenever I want to start creating a Sudoku puzzle after a break I start creating puzzles with some of the converse Sudoku variations like Consecutive Sudoku, Kropki Sudoku, or XV Sudoku.  Till now around 15 9x9 XV Sudoku I have already created and most of these XV Sudoku puzzles are published here.
