Bust Sudoku (Daily Sudoku League #42)

This week I want to create practice puzzle for 7X7 - LMI July Sudoku Test, but currently very busy preparing for Times Sudoku Championship finals to be held in Mumbai on 13th July. So I am posting my earlier created Sudoku variations called "Bust Sudoku"
This Bust Sudoku is my 42nd contribution for The League of Extraordinary Ladies & Gentlemen.
Rules of Bust Sudoku
Classic Sudoku Rules apply. Additionally, the clues outside the grid indicate the number of first cells such that the sum of the digits in theses cells in the corresponding direction is greater than 21. (Note: The name Bust comes from the game Blackjack where going over 21 means busting.)
