Sum to 9 Sudoku recently appeared in the Dutch Sudoku Championship 2016. I found it quite interesting Sudoku type and decided to create it. This is my first Sudoku of this type, and hopefully, I will be creating some more puzzles of this type soon. This puzzle reminds me of the Next to 9 Sudoku and Before 9 Sudoku types.
