The rectangle puzzle is also known as the Sikaku puzzle. It is a very good puzzle type in which the difficulty level varies from very easy to very tough. This puzzle has appeared in many of the World Puzzle Championships. Nowadays, it has become a Classic puzzle type. The answer to this puzzle is given at the end of this post.
Rules of the Sikaku puzzle
Divide the given grid into rectangles with the numbers in the cells. Each rectangle is to contain exactly one number showing the number of cells in the rectangle.
