Antipodes or Network Puzzle Instructions

 
Draw two lines from each globe to connect a person from the northern hemisphere (blue) to a corresponding antipodean (orange). The figure on each person indicates the number of 90-degree turns made by a person’s connection to the globe. An asterisk (*) indicates any number, including zero. Each empty cell in the grid is traversed by exactly one connecting line.
