This was the quarterly championship which used to take place till year 2005. PQRST stands for Puzzles Quarterly Rate Solve Ten. It means that there will be ten puzzles to solve and rate and this puzzle championship was quarterly. Author of this championship is "Cihan Altay" from Turkey. Every championship will contain ten different puzzles which used to be very tough and participants were given 7 days to solve and submit these puzzles. There was at the end one optimization puzzle which generally used to decide the ranking.
