I am looking forward to create some of the new Sudoku variations. I created this Poor Neighbours Sudoku and Rich Neighbours Sudoku. In Poor Neighbours Sudoku, marked cells contains digits which are smallest among its orthogonal neighbours and in Rich Neighbours Sudoku, marked cells contains digits which are larger than its orthogonal neighbours. Later it was pointed out by Prasanna who tested these puzzles that Rich Neighbours Sudoku is nothing but Fortress Sudoku with scattered marked cells. So I will be publishing Rich Neighbours Sudoku as Fortress Sudoku later. Currently publishing Poor Neighbours Sudoku as New Sudoku variations. Do let me know in case someone has seen this variation earlier?

This Poor Neighbours Sudoku is my 63rd contribution for The League of Extraordinary Ladies and Gentlemen.

**Rules of Poor Neighbours Sudoku**
Classic Sudoku Rules apply. Additionally greyed cells must contains digits which are less than its orthogonal neighbours.
