Welcome to a puzzle that expands your Sudoku-solving skills across multiple grids! This Expanded Sudoku is my 51st contribution to the Fun With Sudoku Series and was created as practice for the Sudoku Mahabharat 2015 Final, where this type appears in Round 4. The puzzle features two overlapping 9x9 grids with a gap in the middle. The rules are classic for each grid: place digits 1-9 so that each row, column, and 3x3 box contains each digit exactly once. However, the overlapping section connects the two grids, requiring you to solve them in tandem. It's a print-friendly puzzle, ideal for those preparing for competitions or looking for a complex and engaging challenge. Are you ready to connect the grids?
Rules of the Expanded Sudoku
Place a digit from 1 to 9 in each empty cell so that each digit appears exactly once in each row, column, and 3x3 box in each of the grids. Two grids overlap with gaps in the middle.
