Rossini Sudoku (Daily Sudoku League #138)

Welcome to a puzzle that will make you think in two directions at once! This Rossini Sudoku is one of the more intriguing variants I've encountered, and it's a type that relies heavily on a "converse" rule—a logical principle that adds a fascinating layer of deduction. I created several of these puzzles, and I'm pleased to share one now as part of my post-WSC 2015 practice series. The puzzle is designed to challenge your ability to consider not just what is present, but also what is absent, making for a deeply satisfying solve.

This puzzle is a great example of how a simple twist in logic can create a rich and engaging experience. It's perfect for a focused session where you can explore the interplay between the standard Sudoku rules and this unique "converse" approach. Enjoy this well-crafted and thought-provoking puzzle.

I am posting this Sudoku puzzle as the 138th Sudoku in the Daily Sudoku League. Can you solve this Rossini Sudoku puzzle?
