Free Blocks Sudoku (Daily Sudoku League #145)

Free Blocks Sudoku appeared in 10th World Sudoku Championship. I have not seen this Sudoku type before this championship, so I though of giving a try in creating this Sudoku type. Free Blocks Sudoku is combination of Jigsaw Sudoku and Classic Sudoku with free blocks. Here in this Sudoku size of blocks is not constant and numbers don't repeat in a given block. However it is not required for any region to contain 1-9 number. It is very interesting Sudoku type. Lets see how much time you take to solve this Sudoku?
This Free Blocks Sudoku puzzle I am posting in The League of Extraordinary Ladies & Gentlemen, as 145th Sudoku puzzle in this series.

Rules of Free Blocks Sudoku

Place a digit from 1 to 9 in each empty cell so that each digit appears exactly once in every row and column. Digits cannot repeat inside an outlined region.
