Pairs Sudoku (Fun With Sudoku #31)

This Sudoku first time I saw in World Sudoku Championship 2009 (Puzzle G5). This puzzle I created this for the team India practice.
I am re-posting this Pairs Sudoku as my 31st Sudoku in the Fun With Sudoku Series. Can you solve this Pairs Sudoku puzzle?

Rules of Pairs Sudoku

Classic Sudoku Rules apply. Additionally marked indexed cells (with alphabets) contain unique pairs of digits. One index represents one unique pair that does not occur anywhere else. The order of the digits in a pair must not be changed.
