Arrow Sudoku (Daily Sudoku League #185)

I have been creating Arrow Sudoku puzzles for some magazines. However, on the website, I have posted long back few Arrow Sudoku puzzles which were not based on any theme. Now I have learned the art of creating theme-based Sudoku puzzles and many of the new Sudoku puzzles that one will find here will follow some theme or symmetry.  Today's puzzle is themed in the year 2016. I thought that before this year gets over, let me publish this puzzle. There are a few more Arrow Sudoku puzzles that I currently created which I will be posting soon on this blog.
