Consecutive Pairs Sudoku (Daily Sudoku League #183)

Consecutive Sudoku is one of my favorite puzzle  and now I started liking Consecutive Pairs Sudoku. The different between these two type is that Consecutive Pairs Sudoku does not follow converse rules i.e. if there is not dot given between two cells then it does not mean the numbers appearing in these cells cannot be consecutive.
There were three Sudoku puzzle of this type which I created recently and I have already posted two puzzle in last two months. This is the third and last puzzle which I publishing today and soon I will create few more puzzles of Consecutive Pairs Sudoku type.
Prasanna took 6:10 minutes of solve this Sudoku. Try to better his timing for this puzzle :)
