This Number Forms Sudoku is a puzzle from the World Sudoku Championship 2009 (Puzzle L6). I created it for the Indian Team's practice back then. The puzzle is a great way to practice a unique Sudoku type. It follows the normal 9x9 Sudoku rules. Each row, column, and 3x3 box must have numbers 1 to 9. But there is a twist. The grey cells in the grid must contain only angular digits—1, 4, or 7.
This makes the puzzle a bit different from standard Sudoku. It is a fun and interesting challenge. I am republishing this puzzle as the 27th in the Fun With Sudoku Series. Give it a try and see if you can solve it. It's a great way to sharpen your logic skills.
Rules of the Number Forms Sudoku
Fill in the grid so that every row, every column, and every 3x3 box contains all digits 1 through 9. Grey cells contain angular digits only (1,4,7).
