A mathematical Sudoku variation where digits equal the average of their neighbours
If someone asks you whether Sudoku is a Logical Puzzle or a mathematical puzzle, what will be your answer? I have seen many people answer that Sudoku is a Mathematical puzzle. Math has nothing to do with Sudoku. It is purely a logical puzzle. It only uses numbers, and that also can be replaced with alphabets or shapes — it is entirely independent of Mathematics. However, there are many Sudoku variations which use mathematical calculations to solve the puzzle. Average Sudoku is one such Sudoku variations which uses the average of numbers to solve this Sudoku type. It is not only a Mathematical Sudoku variation but also a Converse Logic Sudoku variation. It means that all the digits that are the average of their neighbouring numbers are marked.

Rules of Average Sudoku
Classic Sudoku Rules apply. Additionally, if the number in a cell equals the average of its two horizontal neighbours, then the cell is marked with a horizontal line. If the number in a cell equals the average of its two vertical neighbours, then the cell is marked with a vertical line. All possible lines are marked.
