This Outside Killer Sudoku is a new variation that I created many years ago. This is my second puzzle of this type. The first one was published as Outside Killer Sudoku (Daily Sudoku League #77). I made this puzzle for the Mini Sudoku Series. But it turned out to be a bit tougher than expected. When a seasoned solver like Prasanna takes more than 5 minutes to test a puzzle, it deserves to be in the Daily Sudoku League too.
So this puzzle is now part of both series. It is my 95th puzzle in the Daily Sudoku League and my 27th in the Mini Sudoku Series. The puzzle uses a 6x6 grid. The outside clues tell you about possible sums of neighboring cells. This makes the puzzle interesting and fun to solve.
Rules of Mini Outside Killer Sudoku
Mini Classic Sudoku Rules apply. Additionally, numbers outside the rows/columns indicate that there is at least one pair of neighbouring cells in that row/column whose sum is equal to this number.
