Wilhelm Tell Sudoku Puzzles (Fun With Sudoku #326, #327)

From May 4th to May 8th, 2018, there is a Swiss Qualification Tournament for the 13th World Sudoku Championship. This Sudoku Tournament contains some very new Sudoku Variations like Cheese Sudoku, Consecutive Fibonacci Sudoku, Mountain Sudoku, and Wilhelm Tell Sudoku. I have already posted Mountain Sudoku and now publishing two Wilhelm Tell Sudoku puzzles for this Sudoku Event. Thanks to Gaurav Jain for helping to create the EPS image for this Sudoku puzzle. Both of these Wilhelm Tell Sudoku puzzles are dedicated to Gaurav. I am publishing these Wilhelm Tell Sudoku puzzles in the Fun With Sudoku Series as the 326th and 327th Sudoku Puzzles in this Series.
Wilhelm Tell Sudoku is a very interesting Sudoku variation that looks extension of Arrow Sudoku. However, I found this Sudoku variation even better than Arrow Sudoku as it gives very good flexibility during Sudoku creation as Arrow is not attached to its base. As the number can repeat on the arrow, which opens more possibilities for solving the puzzles and hence makes it more interesting.
Look-wise both these Wilhelm Tell Sudoku puzzles look similar. However, both of these puzzles have very different solving approaches. Do try it out and post your feedback and comments.

Rules of Wilhelm Tell Sudoku Puzzle

Standard Classic Sudoku Rules apply. Additionally, the sum of the numbers on an arrow is equal to the circle in the direction of the arrow. There is exactly one circle in the direction of an arrow. Numbers on an arrow can repeat.
