Irregular Even Odd Sudoku (Fun With Sudoku #81)

It is fun to mix two Sudoku types can then create a new Sudoku. I have seen this type of puzzle appearing in many of the championships. I am currently trying to mix two of the types and create a Sudoku where I don't need to give any of the hints. It means that Sudoku is solvable only using various rules of both the Sudoku types. This Irregular Even-Odd Sudoku is a very old Sudoku created by me years back which remained un-published for such a long time. However soon I will be publishing some of the new puzzles with the concept of mix two or more Sudoku types.
I am posting this Irregular Even-Odd Sudoku as 81st Sudoku in the Fun With Sudoku Series.
