The answer is 7 as :
(2+3)-1=4 , for 23+1=4
(4+6)-5=5 , for 46+5=5
(8+7)-3=12 , for 87+3=12
(7+2)-3=6 , for 72+3=6
86+7 , so as applied logic the way would be :
(8+6)-7=7 , therefore answer is 7.
